Clean & Prime Machines
GARNEAU'S CLEAN AND PRIME MACHINES ARE DESIGNED FOR OVER THE DITCH CLEANING AND PRIMING EVEN IN THE MOST ADVERSE CONDITIONS.
Garneau's Clean and Prime ("GCP") machines are designed to clean pipe in accordance with ASTM D2200-63T, Condition ST.2 or SIS 05-5900-1967, Condition ST.2 (Swedish). With most pipe this condition will be achieved with one pass. However, in certain cases more than one pass may be necessary.
Options and attachments are available which will allow the machines to be configured to the requirements of the application. These options are built into the machine as per our customer's specifications.
Attachments are available to be fitted in the field by the customer, or at the time of manufacture. The standard cleaning head is available in lieu of the quick change head on models GCP 3-8 through GCP 26-30.

Model GPL 8-16 (8-12/12-16) and GPL 16-26 (16-20/20-26) are dual range machines. One range is supplied at the time of manufacture, to customer specification. The other range is sold as an attachment.
Notes:
- Ratings are for standard diesel engines fitted to Garneau's clean and prime machines, operating at recommended RPM at sea level.
- Dimensions do not include the balancing guide (Stinger) or the exhaust fan attachment.
