Small Diameter Hydraulic Pipe Bending Machines

GARNEAU'S PIPE BENDING MACHINES ARE DESIGNED TO SAFELY AND EFFICIENTLY BEND PIPE IN A WIDE VARIETY OF SIZES.

Hydraulic controls give one operator complete command of all machine operations from a convenient platform. A hydraulic driven winch controls movement of the pipe through the machine. The calibrated indicator rod gives the operator a checkpoint to prevent over bending and to maintain uniformity of bend. The pipe moves safely on contoured rollers, and a pin-up shoe automatically clamps onto the pipe to prevent distortion and assures the same contact point in the die with each increment of bend.

The hydraulic bending machine can provide enough bending force to smoothly and quickly bend 6" to 36" diameter pipe of grade API 5LX-X65 or X60 with a maximum wall thickness of 26mm and an approximate minimum length of 12 m. Precise specifications can be matched with little effort, without egging or buckling.

Featuring unitized construction with simple modular components minimizes maintenance and assures trouble free operation while high strength steel construction keeps weight to a minimum. The towing tongue is raised or lowered with hydraulic power and the track wheels form a sturdy base of operation to bridge adverse terrain.
